When booking online, you will receive a receipt. Payments online are with credit cards. We accept most credit cards, except for American Express. People can also pay via PayPal.

When clients prefer to pay with e-transfer , this is arranged via email and the transfer is sent via : info@lvclean.ca  We provide an invoice for your records.

Our team bring cleaning products such as: sprays, rags, dusters, a cotton mop and broom. It is requested that you provide paper towels, a vacuum (if carpeted).

You will be required to leave us a key for access. Most concierges will hold a key for tenants. Please put the key in an envelope labeled “LV Clean Co.” We will return the key to concierge after the work is done. You can also leave a lockbox outside the handrail for town homes, or in the place arranged by your building. We can make arrangements to leave a lockbox for you too.

In Moving In/Out we have challenges and sometimes a unit might take longer due conditions in it such as: Extras greasy kitchen in general, bathrooms with lots of grout, extreme dusty/dirty baseboards and doors.  Customer Service will contact you and inform, once unit is inspected by the team member(s)

Most work is performed usually by one cleaner; however there are exceptions, and we work in teams of two cleaners.

Full refund or rescheduling within 72 hrs. 

Partial refund of 50% or rescheduling within 48 hrs. 

No refunds or scheduling with within 24 hrs.

No, for the safety of the staff we will appreciate if you make arrangements to schedule painters or handymen in other times. We will not be cleaning the unit if there is other people working in the unit.
